The Growing You was founded by Abdul Basit Qamar He's a dedicated HR Professional, Psychologist, and Author. With a deep passion for understanding human behavior and helping people and teams achieve their full potential, Abdul Basit Qamar brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the platform. His background includes three bachelor’s degrees in psychology, philosophy, and public administration, along with numerous certifications in psychology, personal development, and corporate skills including human resource management.
